This is also one of my daughters' favorite dishes. They loved it growing up and it was always a good standby. They would never turn it down. The dish takes about 25 minutes to make and serves four.
Tuna Noodles Peas and Cheese |
2 5oz Cans Tuna (drained)
1 15oz Can Peas (drained)
1 Cup Milk
1/2 Cup Butter
2 Cups Velveeta Cheese
1/2 Tbs Pepper
1/2 Tbs Salt
1/2 Tbs Garlic Powder
1/2 Tbs Onion Powder
Cook noodles according to directions. Drain in colander and set aside but do not rinse. Return pan to stove adding milk and butter. Once butter is melted add cheese. Once cheese is melted add remaining four ingredients. Stir in cooked noodles and heat on medium stirring constantly for 10 minutes. Serve with warm biscuits.
