Soyrizo and Green Bean Pasta



Can you believe how good this looks? It’s easy to make and satisfies any appetite.  Another one of my daughter’s creations.  I just love it when she shares her cooking with me.


 
1 10 oz Soyrizo Sausage
2 cups fresh or frozen green beans
1 16 oz package of Pasta











Cook sausage in olive oil until done.  Add two tables spoons of Earth Balance butter and 2 cups soy milk and green beans.  Simmer on stove for twenty minutes or until sausage is creamy and thick.

Cook past according to directions.  Serve Sausage over pasta.
