2 cloves crushed garlic
1 cup minced onion
1 small (8oz) pkg vermicelli noodles
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 can Imagineary Foods no chicken broth
1 tsp lemon pepper
1 tsp salt
Saute onion and garlic in skillet with olive oil until tender. Stir in vermicelli and cook until noodles become transulent. Add chicken broth, salt and peper cooking until noodles are done.
